We have established a small-lot production system of a variety of automobile parts which is needed for service parts maker. We deal with processing of body panels and body components for Toyota's passenger cars, RV vehicles, and trucks as the main products.
We have a large quantity of various dies in stock, and conduct an integrated production from stamping to welding/assembly, coating, and packaging.
Furthermore, we have been developed design/manufacturing of stamping dies with the full use of CAE/CAD/CAM, production of prototype car body parts and etc. |
